In addition to the new bridge over Norris Lake, with  completion in 2012 there\'s even more highway improvements coming our way. TDOT is requesting bids for the widening of SR-33 between Hwy 144 and Hwy 61 with a completion date of 2011.

 

These two projects were recently posted in the local newspaper and on TDOT\'s website.

 

Additionally, work to replace a small bridge on Sharps Chapel Road near Brewer Hollow is scheduled to start soon, too.
