Here are pictures taken the morning when Union County Road Department began filling in the washout. 

While we all are grateful at their repairs...I don't think any of us are convinced that is "fixed". 

However, it will do until the next big rain... 

Just be careful out there, you hear?

Remember you can get in and out of Norris Shores on Kite Pass via Sunset Bay.

It may be a long way around for some of us - but it is at least an alternative route that we didn't used to have.  And that's good news!
